Silver Oaks Chateau is proud to provide our clients with Brite Biz, an incredibly helpful and intuitive planning program. You may recognize Brite Biz as the program you used to make your deposit and sign your contract (receipts for both are uploaded to your portal as pdfs for easy viewing!) Brite Biz will be the system you use for all future payments. There are no credit card or processing fees charged to you.
Please save your log in and password to continue to access this program. As we move closer to your date, planning worksheets will become available for you to fill in and stay organized. If you want to get a head start, you can begin making a list of all of the vendors you are using, begin thinking of your ceremony order, and compiling your timeline. You can also email your assigned venue contact using Brite Venue by clicking the icon on the top right corner. *Your first venue contact for general inquiries will either be our Event Manager Gabby or our Venue Consultant Paula. Approx 3 months out, you will be assigned a Venue Coordinator. Each Venue Coordinator is assigned 1-3 weddings per month which allows us to focus on your more time sensitive details.
